What type of shipping methods are available?
We offer free DHL Express delivery (with customer's local postal services) on all orders placed on www.ferosticker.com worldwide.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Most of our products are shipped the same or next business day you place your order on our website, excluding weekends. We ship Monday to Friday.
How do I track my order?
Online tracking is available at www.dhl.com with a tracking number provided to your email after your order has been shipped.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Damaged Lost Shipments?
Contact us immediately if the package arrives damaged, please take some photos and email us contact@aeroxfire.com
Once an order has been delivered to the correct delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Can I return my purchase?
Yes. 14-day return policy:
Return period: You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
Item condition: Must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached.
Packaging: Return the item in its original packaging.,
Proof of purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.

Can I exchange my purchase?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the easiest way is to:
Return your original purchase within 14 days of receipt.
Once your return is approved and refunded, place a new order for the item you prefer.

Do I have to pay for a return?
No, returns are free.
To proceed, please first contact our customer service at contact@aeroxfire.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and clear instructions on how and where to ship your package.
Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
ORDERS
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse, you can cancel it. To request a cancellation, simply contact our customer service at contact@aeroxfire.com as soon as possible.

Refund Payment Timeline?
Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, usually within 1-3 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Your refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
I entered an incorrect shipping or billing address. What should I do?

TAXES, CUSTOMS AND FEES
Will I have to pay any additional fees, taxes, or customs duties?
For EU customers- No additional fees.
All taxes, including VAT, are already included in the price you see at checkout.
You will not have to pay anything extra upon delivery.
For customers outside the EU- You may be charged local customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees depending on the laws in your country.
- These fees are set by your local government, unfortunately, we cannot control or estimate them.
FEROSTICKER is not responsible for paying customs fees or taxes outside the EU.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW!- Refusal to pay customs fees will result in the automatic cancellation of your order.
- In such cases, the original shipping cost and customs fees will be deducted from your refund.

PRICE
Is VAT included in the price?
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include 21% Lithuanian VAT. Please note that, depending on your order and country, local import fees (customs duties and sales tax) will be charged upon receipt of your order, except for EU residents. No additional fees will be applied for EU customers.
