Return and Refund Policy

Returns

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item — for any reason and without justification.

For international orders, our general return policy also allows returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please fill out the return form here.  Once submitted, our team will review your request and provide detailed instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
