Introducing Ferosticker
Ferosticker is a compact, self-activating fire stop device designed for enclosed high fire-risk spaces such as electrical cabinets, battery compartments, engine bays, storage lockers, and technical enclosures in homes, vehicles and equipment.
It installs in minutes, requires no wiring or maintenance, and suppresses fire at its earliest stage using CE-certified aerosol technology. Through this uniquely simple approach, Ferosticker has become the category leader in compact autonomous fire prevention, setting a new standard for everyday safety
The Technology Behind Ferosticker
Ferosticker is based on aerosol fire-suppression technology originally developed for extreme environments, including space applications. The solid compound is mainly potassium-based. When activated, it releases highly active potassium radicals that interrupt the chemical combustion process by neutralizing hydrogen, oxygen, and hydroxide radicals inthe flame. Because the aerosol consists of extremely fine particles suspended in gas, it works more effectively than conventional powders.
The small particle size increases air resistance relative to mass, allowing the particles to remain airborne longer. This extended suspension time improves inerting performance and provides stronger protection against re-ignition. Measured by extinguishing efficiency per unit weight, aerosol technology is approximately three to ten times moreeffective than Halon or CO₂.
